Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by Khukuri Auto Repairs of 17 Wetherill St South, Lidcombe NSW 2141 ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service or leaving a vehicle with us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Quotes and Authorisation

We provide a quote or estimate before commencing work. If additional faults are found during a service or repair, we will contact you and obtain your approval before carrying out any extra work. We do not perform unauthorised work, and you will never be charged for work you did not approve.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings can be made online through Square Appointments or by phone. If you need to change or cancel a booking, please give us as much notice as you can — ideally 24 hours — so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated no-shows may require confirmation or deposit for future bookings.

3. Parts

We fit genuine or quality aftermarket parts that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. Where a choice exists we will explain your options and price difference before proceeding. Replaced parts are available for inspection on request at the time of collection. Parts supplied carry the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty in addition to your consumer guarantees.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

Our work is backed by a workmanship guarantee. If a repair we performed is found to be defective, return the vehicle to us and we will rectify the issue at no charge. This guarantee covers our workmanship; it does not cover unrelated faults, subsequent damage, normal wear and tear, or work performed by others after our repair.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full on collection of the vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, EFTPOS and major credit and debit cards. We may exercise a lien over a vehicle until outstanding amounts for work performed on that vehicle are paid, as permitted by law.

6. Vehicles Left With Us

We take reasonable care of vehicles in our custody. Please remove valuables before drop-off; we are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Vehicles not collected within a reasonable period after completion may incur storage costs; we will always contact you before any such charge applies.

7. Consumer Guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have services performed with due care and skill, fit for purpose and within a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

8. Website

Content on this website is provided in good faith for general information. Service availability and pricing may change without notice. Online bookings are processed by Square Appointments under Square's own terms of service.
